The key to capturing a property like this one in its best light is by paying close attention to natural lighting in the planning stage. I use a suite of software to determine the best times for each room and angle on a rough shot list, and then plan out a detailed production timeline that covers the entire day. Using this method, we can typically create high-end architecture & design photography for properties even as large as Lumen within one to two production days.

Generally, this volume of photography is reserved for run-and-gun "real estate" style photography. However, when each shot is timetabled out efficiently, proper time for staging and lighting can be given to each image captured. In the end, a highly finished portfolio will pay dividends and is well worth the extra planning and production time.
