Centennial Tower is a great example of what a renovation can do for a 1980s commercial mid-rise with a stellar location. Over the past several years, Highland Mall has undergone a tremendous redevelopment and now houses a campus for Austin Community College. With the transformations have come a new wave of commercial and multifamly development creating a perfect opportunity to revamp surrounding properties. We did a full set of architectural and aerial photography for this one with a focus on newly reimagined spaces and the property's proximity to the highland development and downtown Austin.
