Photography for a recently renovated apartment complex in Boerne, TX

Carrington Place is a great example of the improvements a light remodel, new landscaping and some cleaning and staging can make for an older multifamily property. Timelines all around were tight on this property, and a new roof was under construction on the leasing office the day we arrived to shoot. With some careful coordination, leaf blowing and pressure washing, we had the hero image at the pool looking great by sundown.
