A brand new commercial high rise, 3rd and Shoal is an excellent showcase of the downtown Austin skyline. We photographed this one in its final stages of construction and made use of a good amount of drone-based aerial photography to highlight the stellar location and its accessibility to the Seaholm district and Shoal creek trail.
