Photography for a newly revamped business complex tucked in the hills of West Austin

Lakewood is a recently remodeled pair of office buildings situated along the scenic 360 loop in West Austin. Photographing an older, fully-occupied space entails quite a bit more planning and staging compared to shooting newly finished spaces. Often decorations are up, personal belongings cover desks and common areas and conference tables are adorned with cords, laptops and dry erase markers. We take every opportunity possible to clean up the spaces we photograph, and also to move everything back in place once we have the shot. It can lead to a long day, but really makes the difference in creating clean architectural photography.
