Photographing new construction comes with a lot of perks, but it also has its challenges. Navigating construction schedules, workers and large equipment is always a key consideration in photographing any new buildout.

Often interior, exterior and pool furniture require a large degree of staging and cleaning prior to photography. Even small details like the alignment of loungers on a pool deck can have a big effect on a finished photograph. Before a lens comes out or a drone takes flight, I continuously make every effort to stage, clean, align and prepare a space in every way possible.
